For a measurement, inspection or support request, email is the channel: the problem reaches us already written down, with the attachments we need to understand it.
What to send us
For a measurement or inspection request, it helps us to receive:
- the drawing of the part, with the tolerances to be checked;
- a photo of the part, even one taken with a phone;
- the required rate, that is, how many parts per minute or per hour.
With these we can tell you straight away whether a camera solves the problem and how to set up the measurement, or which questions are still open.
