What we do, in practice

We write vision and measurement software, put it to work on the machine and follow it once it is in service. Six things we really do, each backed by a delivered project.

Bespoke software for measuring instruments

We write the software that drives the instrument: interfaces for hardness testers, microhardness testers and profile projectors, instrument readout, test management, export of results. We work on the customer's existing code or write from scratch.

In-line inspection and measurement systems

We design and build the vision system that checks the part on the line: choice of camera, optics and lighting, acquisition and analysis software, integration with the rest of the plant. We have done it for optical inspection of components (surface, engravings, holes), for checking the necks of glass bottles on the line, and for laser measurement and position control systems on production lines.

Laser marking

We write the software that drives the laser marker: reading the position from the PLC, vision to decide where to mark on the part, communication with the laser. A system of this kind has been in service since 2025.

Subscription software

Besides the bespoke system, we develop software products that stay in service at the customer's site: a web measurement system with gauge and statistical process control, now being installed at our first customer, with updates, fixes and support included in the recurring fee.

Installation, commissioning and training

We install the system on the line, configure it, integrate it with the rest of production and train the people who will use it every day on the shop floor.

Technical consulting

We also offer consulting on its own, without building a whole system: choice of camera, optics and lighting for a vision problem, sizing of the infrastructure, and introducing artificial intelligence tools into the processes of a manufacturing company.

Tell us about your part

Every project starts from a concrete problem: a part to inspect, a dimension to measure, a machine that has to talk to the rest of the line.
