Privacy notice
The site is designed to collect as little as possible. Below we explain, briefly, what happens to the data of those who visit it.
This is an English version of our Italian privacy notice. If the two differ, the Italian version prevails.
Data controller
The data controller is Tielogic S.r.l., with registered office at Via Villanova 39 — 36020 Solagna (VI). For any question about the processing of personal data, and to exercise the rights provided by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) — access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection —, write to info@tielogic.com.
Cookies and measurement tools
The site does not use cookies and contains no tools for analysing visits. For this reason no consent banner appears.
Site resources
Fonts, images, styles and scripts are hosted on the site itself. The browser of a visitor does not contact third-party services to load the page.
Technical server logs
Like any web server, the one that hosts the site records the requests it receives: IP address, date and time, page requested, outcome and browser type. This data is needed to make the site work and to protect it from abuse; we do not use it for any other purpose.
The demonstrations
Some demonstrations run entirely in the browser: no image leaves the computer of the person using them. Others are processed on our servers, because they use the real engine and not a reduced version.
In the part-finding and drawing-comparison demonstrations you can upload a photo of your own and, for the comparison, your own DXF file. We send them to our servers only when you start the processing: they are processed in memory, they are not stored and we do not use them for any other purpose. Before sending, the browser reduces the photo and converts it to greyscale.
Writing to us
If you write to us by email, we use the data you give us (address, content of the message and any attachments) only to reply to your request.
